BROCCOLI QUICHE 
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1/3 c. imitation bacon bits
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
2 tbsp. instant minced onion
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook broccoli until almost tender, following package directions. Place broccoli, bacon bits, cheese, and onion in lightly greased deep dish pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients in mixing bowl for 1 minute with electric beater or until smooth. Pour batter over broccoli. Bake for about 40 minutes or until quiche is golden brown and tests done.

I doubled the recipe but decreased the milk by 1/2 cup because I didn't have whole milk, only 2%. I added slivered carrots and real bacon bits, then topped with Parmesean cheese. I put it in a 9x13 pan for one hour at 350°F - last 30 minutes at 375°F. It set up great!
