BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 boxes chopped broccoli, cooked & drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 sm. onion, chopped real fine
1 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs, beaten

Mix cooked broccoli and other ingredients together and put in large casserole dish.

TOPPING:

1/2 pkg. Blue Label Pepperidge Farm stuffing
1/2 c. butter

Melt butter in frying pan. Add stuffing and brown; then sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees.
