CHEDDAR CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
8 oz. skinned, boned cooked chicken, diced
4 oz. uncooked macaroni, cook it according to package
2 lg. eggs, beaten
2 oz. grated sharp Cheddar cheese (low fat)
3 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Combine all ingredients and put in small casserole dish that has been sprayed with Pam first. Cook covered in 375 degree oven for 30 minutes.
