CHICKEN PIE 
1 chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 pie crusts
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. butter
1/2 pkg. frozen vegetables (or 1 can)
Salt & pepper to taste

Debone chicken, save broth. Salt and pepper to taste. Boil broth and drop dumplings by spoonfuls (make by recipe on back of Bisquick). After dumplings are in broth, turn down low and cook for 15 minutes. Put chicken in broth with dumplings, add vegetables. Put an uncooked pie shell in large baking dish. Pour chicken mixture on top of pie shell and add butter to mixture. Put crust on top. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes or until browned.
