MARINATED ASPARAGUS 
2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans asparagus, drained
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 sm. bunch green onions & tops, chopped
1 rib celery, finely chopped (use more celery if desired)
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 clove garlic, chopped
1/4 tsp. paprika

Drain asparagus and put into serving dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over asparagus. Marinate 4-5 hours before serving. Serves 6.
