1 pkg. lime Jello
3/4 c. hot water
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. drained shredded unpared cucumber
1/4 c. finely sliced green onion

Dissolve Jello in hot water and add cheese, mayonnaise, horseradish and salt. Beat with egg beater OR mixer until smooth. Add lemon juice - CHILL until partially set - stir in cucumber and onion. Pour into 3 cups mold.
