1 pkg. lime Jello
1 c. salad dressing
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. finely cut green onions, tops included
3/4 c. hot water
1 tbsp. prepared horseradish
3/4 c. drained, shredded cucumbers
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 tsp. salt

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add cheese, salad dressing, horseradish and salt. Beat until smooth. Add lemon juice. Chill until partially set. Stir in cucumbers and onion. Pour into mold to set.

Double recipe for a large mold and you may fill center with salmon or tuna salad for a festive luncheon dish.
