SAVORY POTATO BAKE | |
2 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. flour 1 tsp. mustard 2/3 c. milk 1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese 4 c. cubed, cooked potatoes 1 1/2 c. chopped ham 1/4 c. green onion slices Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Blend in flour and mustard. Gradually add milk, cook, stirring constantly until thickened. Add 1 cup cheese, stir until melted. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and continue baking until cheese is melted. Serves 6. |
