NO-FAT & SUGAR FREE SMOOTHIE | |
2 cups ice 1 to 1-1/2 cups of non-fat milk 1/4 cup Splenda 1-2 tablespoons banana, orange, vanilla, or strawberry extract In blender, combine milk and ice. Blend until a milkshake consistency is reached. Add Splenda and one or more of the flavorings or extracts of your choice. Process on high speed for 1 minute. Makes about two 8 oz. glasses.
