HONEY BAKED APPLES 
4 lg. apples
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. honey
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter
Cream or ice cream

Grease an 8x11 inch baking dish. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cut apples in half; core. Place apples, cut side up, in baking dish. Pour lemon juice over cut surface. Dribble honey over apples; sprinkle with cinnamon.

Cut butter into dots and place on apples. Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until tender. Serve hot, plain or with cream or ice cream.
