1 lb. ground meat
1 lg. onion, chopped fine
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 c. sweet milk
1 can mushroom soup
1 pkg. Doritos
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1/2 lb. hoop cheese

Mix onion, salt, and pepper with ground meat. Cook in a skillet on top of stove with Wesson oil until brown. Mix with all other ingredients. Grate cheese into mixture saving some for top. Put in casserole in layers and cook 45 minutes in 350 degree oven.
