CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 c. diced, cooked chicken
1 c. bread crumbs
1 c. cooked macaroni or noodles
1 c. grated cheese
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. warm ilk
1 tbsp. diced green pepper
1 tbsp. dried onion
1/2 c. melted butter (1 stick)
1 tsp. red pepper (opt.)
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Blend first 10 ingredients. Cover with cream of mushroom soup. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Yield: 6 servings.
