LOW FAT TURKEY BURGERS 
1 lb. ground turkey
1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. finely chopped onions
1 egg
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. garlic salt or powder
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
Barbecue sauce
6 whole wheat buns

Mix all ingredients. Form into patties, about 1/2 inch thick. Broil, grill or pan fry (using small amount of Pam spray) until cooked through. Top with barbecue sauce. Serve on warmed whole wheat buns. Serves 4-6.
