LOW FAT TURKEY MEAT LOAF 
2 c. of bread crumbs
1 c. skim milk
1 1/2 ground turkey
1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 whole egg
2 egg whites
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 tsp. of salt
1/2 tsp. of pepper
1/2 tsp. of dry mustard

Soak the bread crumbs in the milk for several minutes. Combine the turkey and beef. Beat the whole egg and egg whites together and add to meat mixture. Add the moistened bread crumbs, onion, and seasonings to the meat and mix well. Shape into loaf and put one can of tomato soup over the top and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
