LIME SALAD 
2 pkg. (3 oz.) lime Jello
2 c. pineapple juice
2 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. pecans, chopped
4 c. vanilla ice cream

Heat the juice until boiling, remove from heat and add Jello. Cool. Add ice cream and dissolve. Add pineapple, pecans and stir well. Chill until set. If you don't have enough juice from pineapple, add water to make 2 cups of liquid!
