SAUERKRAUT AND DUCK | |
1 c. coarse chopped onion 2 tbsp. butter 3 c. unpeeled apple slices 1/4 c. packed brown sugar 1 (14 oz.) can drained sauerkraut 1 (4-5 lb.) duckling Heat oven to 325 degrees. Cut duckling in quarters. Place duck quarters on rack in shallow baking pan and roast in oven uncovered for 1 hour. |
