GINGER TEA 
Fresh whole ginger root
Honey
Sugar

Buy whole ginger root in the produce section. Cut, unpeeled 4-6 thin slices and put in cup. Add boiling water and honey or sugar to taste. Don't remove the ginger slices while you drink the tea. This is also great iced. Even small children love the flavor of this tea and its caffeine free and good for them.

Sorry! don't waste your time trying this recipe for ginger tea. You end up with just a cup of hot water and a few slices of ginger floating on top... this apparently, needs to be boiled first to actually bring out any flavor. As said, all you end up with - is a cup of hot water.
