MUSTARD GINGER SALAD DRESSING 
4 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
4 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. sherry
2 tbsp. rice vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted
1/2 tsp. ginger, minced

Prepare dressing by mixing dry mustard, sesame oil, oil, soy sauce, sherry, vinegar, sugar, sesame seeds and ginger together. Pour dressing over salad and toss gently. Sprinkle peanuts on top.
