1 egg white
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. sifted brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans

Beat egg white until stiff. Add salt. Gradually add brown sugar, beating thoroughly. Fold in pecans. Drop by teaspoons on baking sheet. Bake at 275 degrees about 30 minutes. (Use Pam on baking sheet).
