PENNSYLVANIA CASSEROLE 
1 c. ham, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
3 c. sauerkraut
2 med. apples, sliced
Dash of salt
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Mix ham, sauerkraut, lemon juice and salt. Lightly grease casserole. Place a layer of the sauerkraut mixture on bottom, then a layer of sliced apples. Alternate layers until casserole is filled. Cover and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
