CREAM SOUP 
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. chopped onion
2 c. Coffeemate or such
5 c. boiling chicken broth or more
2 diced potatoes
2 diced carrots
1/4 c. rice
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped asparagus
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 tsp. salt

Saute onions in butter. Add broth and bring to a boil. Add coffee creamer and stir until dissolved. Add other ingredients and simmer until potatoes and carrots are tender.
