CREAM OF CAULIFLOWER SOUP 
1 head cauliflower, cooked and drained
1 carrot
3 bouillon cubes (chicken)
3 c. water

Bring bouillon cubes and water to a boil. Mix 2 cups milk plus 2 heaping tablespoon flour. Shake and add to boiling mixture.

Add cauliflower and carrot. Simmer and add approximately 8 slices or 1/2 pound of Velveeta cheese (cut up).

NOTE: You can substitute broccoli or spinach for cauliflower or spinach for cauliflower and carrot to make cream of broccoli or cream of spinach.
