VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 cans mixed vegetables
1 sm. can green peas
1 can water chestnuts
1 stick butter
1 sm. onion
1 c. mayonnaise
1 roll Ritz crackers

Drain all canned products. Chop onion. Mix ingredients together. Crush Ritz crackers, put on top. Melt butter. Pour over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
