VEGGIE CASSEROLE 
1 lg. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 c. cheese, grated
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. celery, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1 stick butter
1 tube Ritz or Georgia crackers

Cook vegetables according to directions on package until tender. Put in greased casserole. Next mix the onion, celery, cheese and mayonnaise together and spread evenly over the vegetables. Melt the butter with cracker crumbs and sprinkle on top. Bake about 30 minutes at 350.
