VEGGIE CASSEROLE | |
1 lg. spaghetti squash 1 bunch broccoli, broken up 6-8 carrots, sliced 5-6 celery sticks, diced Mozzarella cheese slices Dash of Spike Cut squash in half and bake cut side down in a small amount of water at 325 degrees for 45 minutes, or until it can be scraped out with a fork (to form spaghetti strands). Steam other vegetables only until crisp-done. In a greased 9"x13" pan, arrange half of the squash, layer with other vegetables and sprinkle with Spike. Top with cheese slices. Repeat squash, veggies, Spike and cheese. Bake at 250 degrees to warm for serving. Cut into 3" squares. |
