This is so the best peach cobbler ever. I used fresh peaches and the juice from home canned peaches along with a couple tablespoons of corn syrup. Yum!

Easy and fast!

Made it with fresh peaches, instead of water I used peach nectar instead of. Added some chopped pecans to the batter and topped it with homemade vanilla bean ice cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce.

Mmmm so good, Easy too. I used blueberries to fill in the gaps between the peaches.

This is a great recipe. I have made it three times now, with about a third less sugar than the recipe calls for and it comes out delicious! Great for holidays or gatherings.

 Jim (North Carolina) says:
Great beginning, but I too would suggest changing the recipe. I use a quarter or less of the butter, I also cut the sugar in half. I'm not a health nut, I just like my cobbler a little more "doughy". Thanks for the recipe!

This peach cobbler was great... I did make a few adjustments to the recipe. I used a smaller pan and added 1/4 tsp. almond extract. It was great fresh and even better the next day.
