DOT'S COFFEE CAKES 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. water
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding

Mix well.

1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. nuts
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Mix well.

GLAZE:

2 c. 10x sugar
4 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. oil
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix first 6 ingredients well. Pour 1/2 of batter equally into 3 greased pie pans. Sprinkle 1/2 of the sugar and cinnamon equally on top of the batter. Repeat with remaining batter and sugar and cinnamon.

Swirl through each pie pan with a knife to slightly marbelize. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Drizzle glaze over baked cakes while still warm. Yield 3 coffee cakes.
