2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 lb. can pumpkin
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. all bran cereal or granola
6 oz. semi sweet chocolate bits
1 c. chopped walnuts

Sift together all dry ingredients. Set aside. In other bowl beat eggs until foamy, add pumpkin, oil and cereal. Mix well. Add sifted ingredients. Mix until well combined. Stir in chocolate bits and nuts. Spread evenly in a 10 x 14 inch tube pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean. Cool. Sprinkle with sifted confectioners' sugar.
