8 oz. cream cheese
2 c. confectioners sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
12 to 16 oz. Cool Whip
2 c. milk
1 pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed

Beat cream cheese, confectioners sugar, pudding and milk. Fold in vanilla and Cool Whip. In a 9x9 inch casserole dish, layer crushed cookies and pudding, starting and ending with cookies.
