1 lg. bag Oreo cookies
1 stick butter, melted
2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
12 oz. Cool Whip

Crush cookies, add butter, put 2/3 of crushed cookies in 9x13 inch pan. Mix pudding and milk to a pudding stage. Mix powdered sugar and cream cheese together. Add to the pudding, mix well, add whipped cream, mix. Pour over crushed cookies. Top with rest of crushed cookies. Keep in refrigerator.
