SLOPPY JOES 
1 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. onions, chopped
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 c. tomato juice or 1/2 c. catsup
1 tsp. salt

Saute hamburger and onion in skillet. Drain. Add remaining ingredients, and simmer 15 minutes to 1/2 hour. Serve in 6 to 8 hamburger buns. (If mixture is too juicy, sift in a small amount of flour while stirring vigorously.) Serve with cole slaw.
