CHERRY CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 pkg. dry chocolate cake mix
3 lg. eggs
1 can cherry pie filling
1/4 c. oil

FROSTING:

1 c. white sugar
5 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. milk
1 pkg. (6 oz.) chocolate chips (semi-sweet)

Mix dry cake mix with eggs and cherry pie filling and oil. Grease and flour 9x13 pan. Bake 35 to 40 minutes in 350 degree oven.

Frosting: Bring to boil all ingredients except the chocolate chips for 1 minute, then remove from heat. Add 1 package semi-sweet chips. Stir to cool slightly. Frost cooled cake.
