CHICKEN SPAGHETTI 
1 lg. or 2 sm. chickens
1 pkg. spaghetti
1 lg. can tomato sauce
1 lg. can tomatoes
1 sm. jar pimientos (opt.)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 (4 oz.) cans sliced mushrooms
4 c. grated American or cheddar cheese

Boil chicken until meat comes off the bones easily. Remove meat from bones (save broth). Prepare 1 package spaghetti as directed, boiling it in the chicken broth.

Combine remaining ingredients with the chicken meat. Layer spaghetti and chicken mixture in two oblong dishes. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes.
