CHICKEN BREAST CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts, cut in half
1 can cream of chicken or celery soup
1/2 soup can water mixed with soup

Skin chicken breasts. Place in casserole dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour soup mixed with water over chicken. Cover with handy wrap and cook in microwave for 20 to 30 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
