CHICKEN BREAST CASSEROLE 
6 slices chipped beef, or dried beef
6 bones and skinned chicken breast halves
Bacon
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1 can mushrooms
1/3 c. sherry; optional

Line the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch glass pan with beef. Wrap bacon around each piece of chicken and place on top of beef. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Drain grease.

Mix the soup, sour cream, mushrooms, and sherry. Pour over chicken and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
