CHICKEN BREAST A' LA SOPHIE
CASSEROLE
 
1 lg. chicken breast, cut up in bite size pieces (for bottom layer)

Cover with cheese, more or less to taste. Pour 1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup, diluted with 1/2 cup milk.

Top with Pepperidge Farm stuffing. Drizzle approximately 1 stick butter over all.

Good with carrots or broccoli.
