CAJUN CHOCOLATE CANDY | |
2 boxes powdered sugar 3 bags coconut 3 c. pecans, toasted lightly 1 jar cherries 1 stick butter 1 bag (6 oz.) chocolate chips 1 stick paraffin wax Mix sugar, coconut and pecans. Pour melted butter and mix. Chop drained cherries and add. If still too dry to form balls, add a little of the cherry juice. Melt chocolate chips and wax over double boiler. When melted dip balls in. Pick up with fork and put on waxed paper. |
