LEMON JELLO CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
3/4 c. oil
1 sm. box lemon Jello
4 eggs
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. lemon extract

Mix together all ingredients. Beat 2 minutes. Pour into greased and floured tube or bundt cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. This was my mother's (Estelle Smith) favorite recipe.
