JELLO LEMON CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. lemon extract
3/4 c. cooking oil
1 c. hot water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello

Glaze:

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
5 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix together cake mix, eggs, extract and oil. Mix together water and jello until dissolved. Beat this into the cake mixture and mix 2 minutes.

Bake in 9 x 13 cake pan at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes.

While hot, prick top of cake all over with a fork and pour the glaze mixture over the top. Serve with Cool Whip.
