ANTIPASTO SALAD 
1 (1 lb.) box shell macaroni
1/2 lb. Provolone cheese
1/2 lb. salami
1/2 lb. pepperoni
1 green pepper
3 stalks celery
1 sm. can sliced black olives
1 sm. jar green olives
3 tomatoes

Cook macaroni according to directions on box. Drain. Cut other ingredients in small cubes.

DRESSING:

3/4 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Mix above ingredients and pour over macaroni and cubed meat and vegetables. This makes a very large amount. Serves 20 people.
