OATMEAL RAISIN COOKIES 
3 tbsp. butter
1 lg. mashed banana
2/3 c. nonfat dry milk
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. brown sugar substitute
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. quick oatmeal
4 tbsp. raisins

Mix all ingredients. Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes. If dough is too dry, add a little water. Cookies are better if the dough is chilled before baking.
