PASTRY CRUST 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. safflower oil
2 tbsp. skim milk

Combine flour, sugar and salt. Mix together oil and milk; add to flour. Using fork or pastry blender, work mixture into soft dough. May add more milk if needed. Form a ball, then roll out on well floured board. Place in 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 450 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Yields one 9 inch pie crust.
