STIR AND ROLL PASTRY (Pie Crust) 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. milk

SINGLE CRUST:

1 1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. vegetable oil
3 tbsp. milk

Mix flour and salt. Pour oil and milk into one cup (do not stir). Add all at once to flour. Stir until mixed. Press into a ball. Roll out between 2 sheets of wax paper. Place into pie plate and form edges to fit.
