STRAWBERRY PIZZA 
CRUST: 1 cup flour, 1 stick butter and 1/2 cup powdered sugar. Spread on pizza pan and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

FILLING: 8 ounces cream cheese, 1 can sweetened condensed milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1/3 cup lemon juice. Mix and spread over cooled crust.

Top with whole strawberries and cover with glaze.

GLAZE: 1 cup strawberries, 3/4 cup sugar and 1 cup water. Cook until strawberries are soft. Add 1/4 cup sugar mixed with 2 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch and cook until thick and glazed.
