CHICKEN/RICE CASSEROLE 
3/4 c. diced cooked chicken
1 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. chopped almonds
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3 hard boiled eggs
Crushed potato chips

Mix first 10 ingredients well. Fold in sliced hard boiled eggs. Place in casserole and cover with chips. Bake 450 degrees 15 minutes.
