BLUE CHEESE DRESSING 
2 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. plain yogurt
1 tsp. Vege-Sal

Combine above and serve. I normally use equal parts mayonnaise, sour cream and yogurt, adding lemon juice, pepper, garlic powder but believe it or not, the above combination actually tasted better! Great as a dip too.
