BLUE CHEESE DRESSING 
4 oz. blue cheese, crumbled (3/4 c.)
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2-1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. finely cut green onions
1 tbsp. vinegar (white or wine)
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. sugar

Mix together. Cover and chill. Makes 2 cups.
