PEACH COBBLER 
8 peaches
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. sugar

COBBLER CRUST:

3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
3 tbsp. water

Mix ingredients for Cobbler Crust together. Peel peaches and cut into slices. In a bowl, put sugar, vanilla, almond, extract, cinnamon and butter over peaches. Let sit for 2 hours. Place in baking dish, add cornstarch. Top with crust. Bake at 425 degrees for about 1/2 hour.
