CHOCOLATE PUDDING CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 sm. pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
1/2 c. cooking oil
3 eggs
1 c. milk

Mix cake mix and pudding dry. Add oil, eggs and milk. Mix; pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees in a preheated oven.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1 stick butter
1/2 c. canned milk
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Pour topping over cake while it is still hot.
