1 sm. pkg. chocolate pudding, not instant
1 box chocolate cake mix
1 sm. pkg. chocolate chips
Chopped nuts

Cook pudding to package directions. Mix cake mix and combine. Put in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with package chocolate chips and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
